📺 The Old Television Story
In a small house in a quiet neighborhood during the 1980s, there was a very large wooden television. It wasn’t just a TV—it was a piece of furniture that stood proudly in the living room like a king. It was heavy, deep, and built inside a big wooden cabinet that also had space for books, tapes, and family photos.
Every evening, the whole family would gather around it. The father would sit in his favorite chair, the mother would bring tea, and the children would sit on the floor full of excitement. There were only a few channels back then, but nobody cared. Watching TV felt magical.

When the TV was turned on, it needed a few seconds to warm up. The screen would slowly light up with a soft glow, and sometimes you had to adjust the antenna to get a clear picture. Everyone would shout: “Don’t move! It’s clear now!”
